I arrived in Saigon by local bus from Phnom Penh, Cambodia. That took about 6 hours, and was an uneventful journey, since I was expecting the bus to break down. During my 6 week stay in Viet Nam, I back-packed 1700km from Saigon to the Chinese border in the north.
